All websites developed by ITG include a 30-day post-launch warranty to ensure everything runs smoothly. During this period, we provide free support to correct any issues with your site’s performance, layout, or basic content updates.
Your warranty includes:
Responses to support requests within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) by phone, email, or our online form
Fixes for broken links, error messages, or system loading problems
Help resolving display issues (with device/browser info)
Updates to images: resizing, replacing, or editing within the current design
Updates to text: adding, replacing, or removing provided copy
Plugin checks and fixes to maintain full functionality
What’s not covered:
Typos or missing content in the copy you provided
Issues related to hosting or domains not managed by ITG
Problems caused by client edits or third-party software
Requests for redesigns or additional design work
